An Oshkosh bar owner has a challenge for people, if they think the “safer at home” rules should stay in place.
Don Herman runs the Fountain Tavern, and he wants people still working to go without cashing their paychecks for as long as bar owners have to go without income. He wants people to do that for eight weeks.
Herman feels many businesses won’t reopen.
He admits his auto repair shop is still open but the amount of work coming in is down 50 percent, during the pandemic.
