Winnebago County Public Health Officer Doug Gieryn hopes people don’t cross the county borders to take advantage of the lack of rules in other places.
He’s calling on them to consider the safety of their families and neighboring communities. He says the virus travels rapidly between families, and from business to business, and they’re trying to prevent the next outbreak.
