Oshkosh’s Riverside Alternative Education Program just celebrated its 10th graduating high school class.
The school district works with Fox Valley Technical College to teach the students.
Coordinator Lisa Lieder says they’ve had nearly 300 graduates over the years. She says they’re able to make connections at Fox Valley Tech, and through the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce.
Some of this year’s graduates are going to Fox Valley Tech, getting a full-time job, or joining the military.
The district held a virtual graduation ceremony for 35 students last week. Oshkosh West is holding its virtual graduation ceremony tonight, and Oshkosh North’s is Wednesday.
