Menasha Police have a suspect in custody in connection with an alleged case of arson. The 23-year old man is accused of setting fire to the Elizabeth Court apartments along 6th Street early Saturday morning. Investigators say the suspect lives in those apartments. No one was hurt in that fire. Criminal charges are pending.
