The percentage of new positive coronavirus tests went down slightly today.
The state is reporting 4.1 percent came back positive, and that’s down from 4.3 percent yesterday. The total was 2.2 percent on Tuesday.
There are 464 more confirmed cases, and that’s the biggest one-day increase since there were nearly 500 on June 4th. The state has had 26,227 confirmed cases, overall.
The state has 4,900 active cases, and that’s 19 more than yesterday. It’s the third increase in the past four days, after 13 straight days of declines.
Hospitals are reporting having 249 COVID-19 patients, and another 134 are waiting for test results. The state has had 766 confirmed deaths, and that’s nine more.
Brown County has 37 more cases, Outagamie 13, and Winnebago eight. Waupaca added five.
Shawano and Kewaunee each have three new cases. Fond du Lac and Calumet both have two more. Oconto added one.
