Brown County is seeing a spike in cases, and like in other parts of the country, younger people are a big factor.
Twenty-seven percent of new cases this month are between 21 and 30 years old.
Public Health Officer Anna Destree says their contact tracers are hearing similar stories of people going to gatherings, not taking precautions, and then testing positive. She says they include weddings, bars, restaurants, and parties.
Destree says those precautions include social distancing and wearing masks.
