The man accused of killing a Neenah man is behind bars on a $100,000 bond.
U.S. Marshals arrested 34-year-old Donald Billings in Milwaukee last Friday, nearly four weeks after Adam Baith was shot to death.
Billings was in Winnebago County court for a hearing today. Prosecutors are charging him with murdering Baith, at Baith’s home, in the 900 block of Adams Street, last month.
Deputy District Attorney Eric Sparr says Billings showed up at his girlfriend’s apartment an hour or two later, and he had her drive him to Milwaukee.
Prosecutors believe Billings and Baith left a Neenah bar to go to an after-bar party at Baith’s house.
