The plan for the owners of Menominee Nation Arena in Oshkosh calls for starting to hold events this fall.
Fox Valley Pro Basketball expects to have concerts and sporting events that make money at that time. The owners also want to sell their future TIF payments from the City of Oshkosh.
Creditors have until September 1st to approve the proposal.
If they don’t, Fox Valley has threatened to liquidate, and turn over the arena to Bayland Buildings. The construction company is still owed $13 million.
