The number of new coronavirus cases, and the percentage of positive tests, both dropped in Wisconsin on Wednesday.
The Department of Health Services confirms 712 new cases, bringing the total close to 45,000.
The state reports 4.8 percent of tests came back positive and that’s the third straight day of declines.
There were six more confirmed deaths, bringing the total to 865. Brown, Outagamie and Winnebago counties all had another death.
Overall, Brown County had 33 more cases. Outagamie was up by 18. Winnebago County added eight more. Calumet was up by two. Waupaca County increased by nine cases, and Fond du Lac was up by seven.
