Neighbors in Oshkosh helped a man celebrate his 100th anniversary, by holding a parade.
Walter Schwartz sat along the street while people drove by on his milestone birthday on Saturday. He says it was a big surprise, and he didn’t realize it was going to be so big. He thanked his neighbors for putting it together.
Schwartz is a World War II veteran, and American Legion members joined the parade. He also got a free cake.
Schwartz credits “good clean living” for helping him get to 100.
