The suspect in a Neenah murder is pleading not guilty.
Donald Billings is accused of shooting Adam Baith last month, after the two were drinking at a bar.
Winnebago County prosecutors say they went to Baith’s house on Adams Street for an after-bar party. They say two others were outside when they heard gunshots.
A Winnebago County judge is also ordering a trial on a charge of first-degree intentional homicide.
Billings was arrested in Milwaukee earlier this month. Prosecutors say he showed up at his girlfriend’s apartment about two hours after the murder, and she drove him to Milwaukee.
