A new survey shows Wisconsin businesses are bringing back their employees at a faster pace this summer. U-W Oshkosh Director of Customized Research Jeffrey Sachse says their monthly poll of business owners finds the best hiring numbers since the pandemic began. The U-W-O survey also finds income gains of more than 11-million dollars–while wage and productivity was up by four million in July alone.
