Records show a state Capitol staffer accused an outgoing state lawmaker from Green Bay of drunkenly propositioning her to have sex with him.
Democratic Rep. Staush Gruszynski lost to Kristina Shelton in Tuesday’s primary in the 90th District.
Four media outlets filed a lawsuit in March to get the records, and the Assembly chief clerk is now releasing them.
Gruszynski told Assembly human resources officials that he was drinking heavily that night, and he didn’t remember talking to the staffer at a bar in Madison.
