The state is reporting 829 more confirmed coronavirus cases, and 13 more people died over the past day.
That’s the most deaths in one day since August 1st.
The percentage of new positive tests went down to 7.3 percent. It was 9.6 percent yesterday, and the seven-day average is 7 percent.
There are now 65,056 confirmed cases overall. The state has 8,828 active cases, and that’s 175 fewer.
Hospitals are treating 336 COVID-19 patients, and another 239 are waiting for test results.
The 13 additional deaths brings the overall total to 1,038.
Brown County has 44 more cases and Manitowoc 18. Outagamie, Winnebago, and Calumet counties all added 15. Fond du Lac and Waupaca each have 13 more cases.
Oconto has nine more, Waushara five, and Shawano four. Green Lake and Kewaunee both added one.
