The Oshkosh Recreation Department is keeping a number of programs on hold.
The decision impacts all pre-school programming, active aging, adult strength class, pickleball, and gym walking.
Three programs are moving to different locations — tumbling, child and babysitting safety, and adult ballroom dance lessons.
