There are 638 new confirmed coronavirus cases in Wisconsin.
The state is reporting 6.4 percent of tests were positive, and that’s down from 8.1 percent yesterday. The seven-day average is still eight percent.
There are now more than 71,000 confirmed cases overall. The state has 7,385 active cases, and that’s 60 fewer.
Hospitals are treating 37 new COVID-19 patients, and a total of 337. They’re reporting 133 others are waiting for test results.
Another 13 people died, bringing the overall total of confirmed deaths to 1,094.
Brown County has 105 new cases, largely because of an outbreak at the Green Bay state prison. Outagamie has 30 more, Winnebago 12, Manitowoc 11, and Waupaca six.
Fond du Lac and Shawano each have five more. Green Lake and Oconto both added four.
Calumet has two new cases.
