Police took four boys into custody for a robbery in downtown Oshkosh.
They’re reporting two 12-year-olds, one 14-year-old, and one 15-year-old could face charges.
Officer Kate Mann says one of them pointed a gun in a woman’s face and stole her purse, around 1:30 a.m. today. The victim was on N. Main Street, near W. Parkway Avenue.
During the investigation, police say they found a BB gun, and they arrested a 44-year-old man for obstructing.
Investigators are looking for other possible victims. Mann says they believe the teens used the BB gun to steal a man’s wallet on Division Street, near Church Avenue. She says they also walked up to a man and a woman in that same area, and pepper sprayed the man.
