A hotel in downtown Little Chute will start taking shape.
Cobblestone Hotel and Suites will be at the corner of Main and Madison streets.
Village Administrator James Fenlon hopes it will lead to more development in the downtown and increase property values. He thinks it will be great for business travelers during the week, and visitors on the weekends.
The hotel will have four floors, about 50 rooms, and a pool.
Officials held a groundbreaking ceremony yesterday. Fenlon hopes it can open in eight to 12 months.
