There are 545 new confirmed COVID-19 cases in Wisconsin.
The state is reporting 6.5 percent of tests were positive, and that’s down from 8.3 percent yesterday. The seven-day average went down slightly to 8.4 percent.
The state now has had 77,129 confirmed cases overall. There are 7,328 active cases, and that’s 206 fewer.
Hospitals are treating 38 new coronavirus patients and 295 overall. Another 167 are waiting for test results.
Twelve more people died, bringing the total number of confirmed deaths to 1,142.
Brown County has 39 new cases, Outagamie 34, Winnebago 14, Fond du Lac 13, Shawano eight, and Calumet seven.
Manitowoc, Oconto, and Waupaca all have six more. Kewaunee and Waushara both added three.
