St. Norbert College is trying to draw attention to the impact COVID-19 is having on live events.
Technical Director Corey Pinchart helped light up the Hall of Fine Arts in red for a national campaign. He says they were the first major industry to shut down, and they’ll probably be the last to fully come back.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, Pinchart reports 77 percent of industry workers have lost their job. He says they hope Congress will support the industry and those workers.
The red lights were in place from 9 p.m. last night until midnight.
