Gas prices have already started their fall decline. GasBuddy.Com reports the average for regular unleaded in the Fox Cities dropped eight cents last week to a $1.91 a gallon. Gas prices fell by five cents in the Green Bay area last week to a $1.97. We are paying 52-cents less for gas than a year ago.
