Oshkosh police say a human tracking claim that’s trending on social media didn’t happen. Officer Kate Mann says officers were called to the T-J Maxx store on Koeller Street by a woman who felt she and her children were being followed by two men and that her kids were being targeted for human trafficking. Mann says officers found no evidence of that. Mann says she encourages people to call police if they suspect something isn’t right–but she cautions people about putting situations on social media before the investigation is complete.
