Thirty students at U-W Oshkosh have tested positive for COVID-19. That is a rate of 1.7% out of 1,700 tests. The university has launched an on-line dashboard that will track testing numbers and positive cases. Testing on the U-W-O campus started on September 2nd when students started moving in. No university employees have tested positive yet.
