The remains of two brothers who went missing more than a year ago are now home.
The family of Justin and Nick Diemel went to Missouri on Saturday to pick up the cremated remains. They held a walk for justice last night in Navarino. People in the community lined the streets as the fire department escorted the men home. Family friend Jessica Scott believes this is long overdue.
Officials believe the brothers were killed on a farm in Missouri in July of last year. They were trying to collect money for their cattle business. Visitation for Nick and Justin will be held September 27th at the Navarino Ball Diamond in Bonduel. Garland Joey Nelson is charged with killing them. He pleaded not guilty and is waiting trial.
