The owners of Country and Rock U-S-A in Oshkosh are declaring bankruptcy. On its Facebook pages, Hypervibe claims it will file Chapter 7 protection–meaning there is no plan to re-organize and all assets will be sold to pay off creditors.
Both Country and Rock U-S-A were canceled this year due to the pandemic–leaving thousands of ticket-holders looking for refunds that were never given.
Visit Oshkosh President Director Amy Albright is not shocked this happened.
Hypervibe leases the Ford Festival Park just south of Oshkosh. A trustee will be appointed to liquidate those assets.
