The Winnebago County Sheriff’s Department now has two people in custody in connection with an alleged double murder in Omro. Michael Draine–who had been identified as a person of interest last week–was arrested today. A second suspect was already in custody on an unrelated matter. They will be charged in connection with the deaths of Melissa Clark and Lavar Wallace in a home along Elo Road last Monday. Investigators still have not detailed how the couple died.
