Green Bay Police have a suspect in custody in connection with a 1986 murder.
Lou Griffin is accused of strangling Lisa Holstead after she left a get-together with her boyfriend. Holstead was found dead in what is now the Ken Euers Nature Park area.
Investigators say recent developments and physical evidence led to Griffin as a suspect. He is charged with First Degree Intentional Homicide. Griffin was arrested outside his home in Racine.
