Outagamie County municipal clerks will have to re-create all ballots that cannot be read by voting machines on Election Day. Earlier this week, the state Supreme Court refused to give guidance to the county on how to handle ballots with small printing errors. County Clerk Lori O’Bright tells Josh Dukelow on Fresh Take that leaves re-creation as the only viable process. O’Bright is confident Outagamie County will meet the 4:00 Wednesday afternoon deadline for reporting their results.
