Governor Tony Evers plans to address the state tonight to discuss coronavirus. Wisconsin saw record numbers of new cases almost every day last week. Evers has seen many of his mandates struck down by the courts–and has been asking for voluntary compliance with wearing a mask or limiting capacities at indoor events.
