The partial recount is underway in two Wisconsin counties. Ballots in Dane and Milwaukee counties are being recounted at the request of the Trump campaign. State Elections Commission Administrator Meagan Wolfe says extra precautions were put in place so that both campaigns can observe the process closely. The Dane County recount is taking place at Monona Terrace. Milwaukee County’s recount is being held at the Wisconsin Center.
