Gas prices are heading back down in the Fox Valley. Gas Buddy Dot Com reports the average for regular unleaded fell eight cents in the Appleton area last week to a dollar-76 a gallon. Gas prices were down three cents in the Green Bay area to a dollar-83. We are paying fifty cents less at the pump now than a year ago.
