Gas prices are on the rise heading into the holidays. Gas Buddy Dot Com reports the average for regular unleaded in the Appleton area increased by 13-cents last week to $2.05 a gallon. Gas prices in Green Bay jumped by 16-cents to $2.06. We are still paying 29-cents less for gas this Christmas than last year.
