Coronavirus test numbers continue to be below what health officials would like to see. Just 39-hundred tests were reported on Monday–with 1,407 coming back positive. That is the fewest non-holiday tests conducted in Wisconsin since August 31st. The positivity rate was 33-percent. There were nine more deaths reported on Monday. That brings the statewide total to 4,884. Two of those deaths were in Winnebago County.
Outagamie County added 40 new cases on Monday. Winnebago County was up by 14. Calumet County added ten new cases–while Brown County had just four.
