A Green Bay man is accused of driving drunk an 18th time. Wallace Bowers was involved in a collision with another vehicle at East Mason and Bader Streets just after 12:30 this morning. HIs previous 17 O-W-I convictions date back to 1988. He had two more in 1993, five in 1994, one in 1996, two in 1997, another in 1998, two in 2000, another in 2003, one more in 2008, and his last conviction was in 2011.
