A Milwaukee man is found “guilty” in a Neenah murder case. A Winnebago County jury deliberates for 90-minutes before returning the verdict against Donald Billings on one count of First Degree Intentional Homicide. Billings shot Adam Baith at an Adams Street home back in June of last year. He faces life in prison when sentenced on March 31st.
