A man is in jail after reportedly driving his car up the stairs of the Wisconsin State Capitol building and against traffic.
Madison police say the driver, 44-year-old Willie Burks, was drunk.
Police were called around 12:15 a.m. Sunday. He was arrested for driving drunk a third time.
