Shawano Police have a suspect in custody in connection with an alleged stabbing incident. Officers were called to a robbery in progress in the 100-block of Robin Lane around 3:55 this (Monday) morning. They found a broken window, signs of a struggle, and a woman with a stab wound. She was taken to the hospital–where her condition is not being released. A man was taken into custody. Criminal charges are pending. There were children in the home at the time, but they were not hurt.
