A pedestrian is dead after being hit by a semi in Green Lake County. The sheriff’s office says the victim got out of a vehicle along the side of County Highway “K” in the town of Brooklyn around 1:30 Wednesday afternoon and walked into the path of the truck. The victim was airlifted to the hospital–but died a short time later. Their name has not been released.
