Online records show charges have been filed against a 17-year-old sought in connection to a fatal shooting at Fox River Mall.
Dezman Ellis is charged with first degree intentional homicide and first degree recklessly endangering safety.
A car he was riding in was found in Oshkosh Monday, but Ellis remains on the run. He’s accused of shooting and killing 19-year-old Jovanni Frausto.
Another man shot and injured was treated and released from a local hospital. Police say the victims were targeted and this was not a random act of violence.
