The suspect in last weekend’s fatal shooting at the Fox River Mall will be returned to Wisconsin to face charges. Dezman Ellis will not fight his extradition from Iowa–where he was arrested yesterday. Ellis is accused of shooting Jovanni Frausto to death and injuring another person at the mall last Sunday. Ellis has already been charged in Outagamie County Court with First Degree Intentional Homicide and Reckless Endangerment.
