A 46-year-old man is in custody for damaging property inside a home in Oshkosh.
Officers were called around 5:30 p.m. yesterday about a disturbance in the 600 block of School Avenue. They found a man armed with a hammer.
The department’s SWAT and Crisis Negotiations Team also responded. He was taken into custody. No one was hurt.
