The Oshkosh Parks Department is dealing with a rash of vandalism. The latest incident took place this week at the Fugelberg Park Boat Launch–where the permit pay station was defaced with vulgarities and scratches. Equipment has been damaged in several other parks this month. Oshkosh Police are investigating.
