Gas prices fall in the Fox Valley. Gas Buddy Dot Com reports the average for regular unleaded in the Appleton area dropped four cents last week to two-61 a gallon. Gas prices in Green Bay fell two cents to two-61. We are still paying 82-cents more for gas now than a year ago.
