A man shot by police in Kenosha is filing an excessive force lawsuit against the officer.
Jacob Blake, Junior is paralyzed. He was shot by Officer Rusten Sheskey in August after not following the officer’s commands. Police were investigating a domestic complaint. Blake was shot trying to get into an SUV where his children were sitting.
He’s seeking unspecified damages.
