Wisconsin crosses another threshold in the COVID vaccine effort. Thirty percent of all residents have now received at least one shot. That represents nearly one-point-eight million people. Overall, more than two-point-eight million doses have been administered in Wisconsin. Brown, Winnebago and Fond du Lac counties are now at 18-percent of their residents having completed their vaccinations. Outagamie and Calumet counties are at 17-percent.
