Two more people are in custody in connection with a Neenah murder. Terran Colwell was arrested last Friday following a high speed chase with federal Marshals in Minneapolis. Charles Hoofman was taken into custody on Monday by Neenah Police following a raid on an Elm Street residence. Colwell and Hoofman were wanted in connection with the stabbing death of Rodger Ridgeway outside Eagle Nation Cycles on April 17th. Another suspect, Mandel Roy is already facing charges of Felony Murder. Hoofman is a member of the Hell’s Lovers motorcycle gang–which reportedly witnessed the stabbing. Colwell will be extradited to Winnebago County to face similar charges.
