A Kaukauna man accused of stabbing an Appleton police officer says he is “not guilty”. Troy VanGrinsven enters the plea in Outagamie County Court to charges of Attempted First Degree Intentional Homicide and Battery to an Officer. VanGrinsven allegedly stabbed the officer in the parking lot of the Appleton Police Department back in March. No trial date has been set yet.
