A long-time northside restaurant in Appleton has closed. In a Facebook post Sunday, the owners of the Golden Basket Family Restaurant on North Richmond Street announced they were closing immediately.
They cite “reasons beyond their control” for the closure.
The Golden Basket opened in 1984. Calls to the restaurant today were not answered.
