The city of Oshkosh may consider decriminalizing the possession and use of marijuana. Council Member Aaron Wojciechowski is drafting an ordinance change that would remove all penalties for having small amounts of pot. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee member Angie Lee says it’s a matter of social justice. The D-E-I Committee will review the marijuana decriminalization ordinance next month.
