A “flying fish” damages a city vehicle in Neenah. The Inspections Department returned to work on Monday to find a large dent in the hood of one of their cars–and a dead carp nearby. It is believed that a bird–likely an eagle–was carrying the carp and dropped it onto the vehicle before flying away.
